As a member of the High Point Master Association, residents and business owners will enjoy knowing that their community will be maintained to the standards and guidelines established by the high standards of Conditions and Restrictions of High Point.

The HOA is responsible for covenant enforcement and architectural control. The Board of Directors will work with the management company to maintain the aesthetics of the community by ensuring that each residence is maintained to the standards established by the Master Declaration. This will be accomplished through property inspections by management as well as input from residents and the Board of Directors.

The Declarations and Design Guidelines will serve as the standard for enforcement and architectural review. If you have any questions or concerns regarding violations of the covenants or architectural review and approval, please contact your property manager, John Field at Management Specialists.
