The HOA is responsible for covenant enforcement and architectural control. The Board of Directors works with the management company to maintain the aesthetics of the community by ensuring that each residence is maintained to the standards established by the Master Declaration. This is accomplished through property inspections by management, input from residents and the Board of Directors.
